Exchange & Return Policy

Every piece is designed and crafted by hand. Any unevenness in texture is not a defect, but a characteristic of the hand-woven or handcrafted product and a part of the process, that makes it unique.

The product colour may vary slightly due to your device or monitor screen settings or photography lighting conditions.

Kindly be ensured that all products are thoroughly checked by us before shipping and we have a robust quality control process in place.

Please feel free to enquire about any clarifications you may need on color, fabric, texture, weight of the product, dimensions, thread count or any other aspects which are of key importance to you. Kindly read the details accompanying each image and if any query, please do not hesitate to ask for clarifications before deciding to buy.

Refund or exchange of any product on grounds of color variations and granular aspects will not be possible.

Once the products are sold they can be exchanged or will be eligible for refund only in case of incorrect product being shipped or any pronounced damage in the product received. Products that have been customised as per client’s requirements such as custom sizing or custom design will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

We would require you to deliver all the original documents with the product. Ja’s Drape reserves the right to refuse a product sent back for exchange or refund if the product is not received in its original condition or has been found to be used.

Please inform us within 5 days of receipt of the product by writing to us at connect@jasdrape.com or whatsapp us at +91-9494 00 4242 with full name, address and images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request.
